Following twenty years of full-time teaching, Phillip now provides learning experiences through his company, Flickernet Ltd.
This takes the form of teaching, consultancy and staff training.
As a Trustee, and Physical Computing Specialist, for Digital Writes CIC, Phillip delivers a range of grant-funded projects that seek to meet the need of underprivileged young people.
In tandem to this, Phillip continues to develop the Flickernet InFindingOut initiative, which connects his Space To Learn facility in the Mountains of Mourne, Northern Ireland to a network of schools and organisations in and around Swindon, Wilts.
The latest projects that Phillip and his colleagues are delivering are: Marvellous Musical Machine, Art Of Conversation and RaceHub Robotics – all of which are designed to be free of charge for schools, youth groups and for individual young people.
