Who is Flickernet?

Philip Anley is a Primary School teacher in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Now in his twelfth year of classroom teaching, Philip still enjoys sharing his passion for computing with his pupils, colleagues and fellow teachers, and relishes the opportunity to explore new ways to enhance school learning environments with the latest developments in technology.

Philip formed Flickernet Ltd. in Northern Ireland in 1999.

A successful startup in the “Dot Com” years, Flickernet taught essential skills to local businesses, community groups and individuals from its own specialist premises in South Country Down. Flickernet is now a dormant company but Philip is happy to help others on a no-fee basis.

Now resident in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, Philip uses his experience to extend the scope of educational software and hardware to support and enhance the learning of his pupils whilst also aiding those, especially in the education sector, who seek his help today.
